A Day at Camp
Camp Activities
The snow is melted and spring is here! Spend time with your family and friends enjoying all the camp activities. Check out the game area, play some gaga ball, explore the creek, try a round of disc golf, have a picnic lunch! Some activities are free, some have an additional fee – just ask.
Area Adventures
Come for the day to enjoy all the area has to offer! Park at camp, use the restrooms, and head out to play. There are many great opportunities within a short distance.
Our Basecamp is a place to purchase a hot or cold drink, plan your route, or purchase some Camp Chinquapin swag. Rent equipment, pick up a map, or book a guided expedition with trained staff right from camp.

Day Use
Use the grounds here at camp to play, have lunch, build a fort, sit by the river, use a hammock, or explore the surrounding area.
Basecamp
Are you looking for a self-led adventure but don’t know where to go? Let us help point you in the right direction and steer you away from the crowds of people. Fill up your water bottle, grab a snack, and head out.

You will get your final arrival and departure times when your request is confirmed. **Based on activities chosen and space availability.
cost
Day use – $4 per person – Max $20 per family. Some activities have an additional fee.
Basecamp – No cost to check in, get info, buy a snack etc.
